Lasani Karahi

We visited this Friday and really enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, especially the karahi, and the staff were respectful and friendly. It wasn't overcrowded which made the karahi even more enjoyable. The only thing I personally didn’t enjoy was the chicken tikka, as it lacked a bit of salt and spice for my taste — but others might like it. Overall, I highly recommend this place for good food and a family)-friendly atmosphere.

We visited here after a day at Drayton Manor and as this place had good reviews, we thought we'd try it. The food really hit the spot. We ordered the large tawa platter (£75) and everything was absolutely delicious, especially the lamb curry. The roast chicken was also very tasty. It was more than enough for 4 adults and 4 kids and we still had some leftovers. Didn't have to wait too long for the food either. For great milkshakes and juices, try Juice 4 Life on the same road.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now, and we've always had wonderful food and service. The restaurant isn't the most luxurious but it more than makes up for that with the best karahi in Birmingham! The grills are also very good and are always freshly made. The service from the team is always on point, with every member being kind, helpful and welcoming. The food is exceptionally good value too, with a hearty meal for for people only costing around £50! Parking is always a bit of a chore in Small Heath but persevere as this place is a local gem.

Best food in brum! The workers are efficient and kind. Especially the long haired kid who served me. The interior is clean and simple. The food was absolutely nothing what i expected. It was so juicy and tender and the lamb chops tasted heavenly. I highly recommend going here for a family meal or a celebration. They are the best place for every occasion. 💯💯

The food is hearty, tasty and just different to the average karahi place. Uncle walking around with hands behind his back always makes sure everything is in order. Very relaxed atmosphere and the customer service is good. Mix grill and Lamb karahi is the go to. The mix grill is tasty and comes together well, not just random starters thrown together. The karahi is flavoursome and never underwhelming and the mix grill actually sizzles.

Lasani Karahi on Coventry Road in Birmingham serves up an excellent dining experience. I tried the masala fish, and it was delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked with a flavorful blend of spices, offering a delightful kick without being overwhelming. The portion size was generous, and the dish was beautifully presented. The service was friendly and efficient, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, tasty Pakistani cuisine.
